Candidate
Members equipped with server that meets the standards and pledging sufficient LinkTokens may become node candidates.
Voting
All LinkToken users have the right to vote for the node candidate and elect the batch with the most votes to enter the node pool.
Determine the block node
Nodes that enter the node pool will be measured from aspects of quantity of LinkToken in locked position, network service quality and random seeds to elect the current block node on a fixed term.

Responsibilities and division of labor of administrations
The organizational structure presented in the figure on the right is established to promote ecological prosperity, maintain stable order of community and guarantee normal operation of self-governance system and fair and open asset disposal
All members participate in co-building of community
Co-building of community requires participation of all members. The voting resolution will be crucial to the co-building of community and is generally divided into community governance voting, election voting and appraisal voting. The whole community will thrive in an environment filled with games.
Community incentives
Members who participate in administrations will acquire LinkToken incentives from daily work.
Each eligible committee member will acquire LinkToken assets distributed by the foundation according to a certain ratio; those who contributing to LinkChain in development, publicity or investment will be judged by the community on their contributions and be rationally rewarded accordingly.
Community development
In the ongoing development process of the community, the three committees will keep discussing with nodes, developers and project leaders throughout their practices to keep improving various rules. The foundation (association) as the project leader will also join in as a voter to make LinkChain ecosystem more rational and perfect in a democratic way.
Trust value -- assignment of the credibility of all information based on the blockchain
Each address under LinkChain will be granted a certain credit value to measure a user's credibility in the system (whether the address is an ordinary person, a node or a certain enterprise). With higher credit value comes higher credibility.

Establish credit rating system to run the business models in the ecosystem at a low cost and efficiently, facilitate anonymous transactions, and protect privacy based on security and credibility.

Take advantage of the features of the credit system of reducing the cost of search, signing and coordination to explore decentralized self-governance organization or community service organization.
